James Nichols establishes NICCO in Birmingham with a focus on industrial piping systems. Started with a small team of 5 skilled tradesmen serving local manufacturing facilities.

1995 - Expansion

Expanded services to include comprehensive mechanical contracting and HVAC systems. Grew team to 20+ employees and moved to larger facility to accommodate growth.

2005 - Major Milestone

Completed 500th project and added structural steel division. Achieved OSHA certification and established comprehensive safety program that continues today.
